(1) ORDERING

🚚 Please fill up this form only if you are 100% SURE. The down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please be respectful of everyone's time, effort and money.

(2) PAYMENTS

🚚 Failure to send payments ON TIME will lead to cancellation of your order and your name will be tagged as JOY RESERVER. If you think you can't pay on time, please don't hesitate to message us

🚚 50% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment is required upon ordering. The remaining 50% must be paid on the posted Date of Payment (DOP).

🚚 NO PAYMENT FORM = NO ORDER

(3) LATE PAYMENT

🚚 Late fee= Php 25 per day the DOP is missed.
Again, it is your responsibility to notify us if you are going to miss a payment deadline.

(4) REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY

🚚 We only offer refunds if the item is out of stock. We will deduct the transfer fees (if there are any).

🚚 We will NOT be liable for any inevitable damages and defects incurred while in transit international or local. We will NOT offer any refunds, exchanges, returns nor compensation for the damages, defects. Please note that we are only third party purchasers from official stores.

🚚 No exchanges or returns.

(5) CANCELLING ORDERS

🚚 Cancellation of orders after you answer this form and during transit of goods will NOT be entertained.
🚚 Cancellation fee = 50% of your total order price

(6) Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

🚚 Normal ETA: 6-8 weeks.
🚚 Semi-Fast ETA: 2-3 weeks [additional international shipping fee based on weight]

(7) Local Shipping

🚚The local shipping available are GogoExpress, Same Day Delivery or JRS.

🚚 Split shipping only! Orders containing items with different ETAs will be dispatched separately once it arrives at our PH Address. We want to clear our PH Address as much as possible.

🚚 Please give us at least ~3 days to pack your items. No one wants unsecured packaging right? Please be patient, the box contains multiple orders. Wait for our message and instructions regarding local shipment.

🚚 Please claim your items within 10 days of notification date of arrival in the PH. After the 10 days has passed with no response from you, we will tag the items unclaimed and will offer it to other buyers with no refunds.

(8) UPDATES/TRACKING INFORMATION

🚚 All UPDATES will be posted on our FB page, Instagram and Twitter account and please do check #JPU_Updates. Please do not bombard us with dms/emails/text messages asking for updates.

🚚 We reserve the right to refuse service from anyone especially with customers who have a record of:

- rude/bad behavior
- missed payments
- joy reserving
- submitting fake receipts
- submitting the form but did not pay.
